• Experience working within Investment Banking, Transaction Services or boutique advisory firm
• Experience with the UK Takeover Code
• Distinctive academic record
• Desire to learn and contribute to originating and executing high profile M&A transactions
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team orientation and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
