Investment Banking Associate/Analyst (TMS)

Nomura is seeking an Investment Banking Associate/Analyst to conduct market and industry research within the Technology, Media and Services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing valuation models, preparing marketing materials, and assisting in client relationship management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience within Investment Banking or boutique advisory.
• Minimum 2 years of M&A transactions.
• Previous involvement in transactions related to Technology, Media, Services, or Telecom required.
• Experience working on Hong Kong & China transactions that requires interaction in English & Mandarin. Experience working on South East Asia transactions is a plus.
• Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines.
• A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork.
• A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts.
