Executive Project Manager II – (Glendower Group/ECC)

The Glendower Group is seeking an Executive Project Manager II to lead complex real estate development projects and shape the organization's growth and impact. The role involves strategic planning, project management, and leadership, with a focus on affordable housing development in Connecticut.

Requirements

• A degree from an accredited college or university related to real estate, planning, finance, public administration, or another relevant field
• At least five years of experience leading complex public housing or multi-family development projects
• Direct experience managing multi-million-dollar real estate transactions
• Strong leadership presence and the ability to navigate high-level issues with executive stakeholders
• Comfort managing multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build underwriting models and support full development cycles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• A valid Connecticut driver's license
