Job Description
The Major Gifts Officer is responsible for building and leading United Way NCA's individual giving efforts, managing a portfolio of prospects and donors, and developing strategies for identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual donors.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum eight (8) years of fundraising experience
- Results driven; demonstrated entrepreneurial ability to develop alliances
- Effective and passionate communicator
- Champions and facilitates change to ensure long-term community sustainability
