Job Description
Noom is a consumer-led digital health company seeking a Senior Growth Product Designer to improve the sign-up and purchase experience for Noom Med. The role will involve designing and executing A/B tests, leading UX improvements, and influencing scalable design practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of in-house or agency design experience
- B2C growth design experience preferred
- Strong UX fundamentals and a bias for action
- Comfort with data and metrics, and a curiosity for learning quickly through testing and iteration
- Strong communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills
