We're building the next generation of schools in Saudi Arabia and need an International Expansion Lead to design, validate, and scale our international-curriculum schools. The role involves creating a repeatable expansion playbook and scaling what works, while owning commercial outcomes, pricing, unit economics, and rollout trade-offs.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- 4+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in high-ownership roles
- Strong structured communicator (writing + stakeholder alignment); can turn ambiguity into a plan
- Comfortable with numbers and analytical work (funnels, unit economics, pricing, trade-offs)
- High bias to execution: you run the pilot, not just recommend it
