The company is seeking a self-sufficient, full-stack individual to map, analyze, and streamline the tasks that consume the most time across the organization, with the goal of automating repetitive or time-intensive tasks to free up bandwidth for the team.

Requirements

• Conduct a Saily-wide Audit of repetitive or time-intensive tasks
• Index and document workflows such as ticket summaries and information aggregation
• Prioritize the tasks that most significantly impede productivity and design automation strategies
• Execute automation projects, covering end-to-end delivery
• Expand automation to smaller, frequent tasks
• Work independently, managing competing priorities and delivering solutions with minimal supervision
