Legal Counsel (Contracts and Corporate Matters) | Senior

As Legal Counsel (Contracts and Corporate Matters), you'll help people and businesses take back control of their online security, privacy, and data. You'll advise on company law, corporate governance, and compliance, and work collaboratively with finance and tax departments on corporate structure optimization and risk management initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in law
• 5+ years' experience in corporate law
• Strong expertise in corporate governance, company law, and company secretarial matters
• Experience managing shareholder relations and equity incentive programs (ESOPs)
• Familiarity with international corporate structures and cross-border legal considerations
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
