Norda Stelo is seeking a Segment Director - Manufacturing and Transformation to define the orientation and development strategies for the manufacturing and transformation segment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant combination of studies and 15+ years of experience in business development and partnership establishment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant combination of studies
• Minimum 15 years of experience in business development and partnership establishment
• Excellent knowledge of at least one of the following sectors: manufacturing, pulp and paper, wood, or aggregate and cement
• Experience within consulting engineering firms (essential)
• Strong communication, agility, and adaptability skills
• Mastering the English language, both orally and in writing
