As a Senior Technician - Surveillance, you will ensure the supervision, quality follow-up, and compliance of works related to construction, renovation, or maintenance of roadways and municipal infrastructure.

Requirements

• Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in civil engineering or a related field
• AQTR (asset) training
• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in site supervision, including at least 5 years in road and municipal infrastructure works
• Mastery of French in both oral and written form
• Skills for teamwork, attention to detail, and high-quality standards
• Entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative approach, and client-focused
• High technical rigor and observational sense
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills with contractors
• Team spirit, autonomy, and professional judgment
• Master of common computer tools (Office suite, construction project management software, electronic reporting tablet)
• Valid driver's license and mobility to move to various sites
