As we expand into new countries, you will support multicountry payroll and people administration—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a great employee experience. Execute monthly multicountry payroll endtoend; ensure accuracy, compliance & data security. Act as primary contact for employees on payroll, deductions & tax queries; resolve tickets timely.
Requirements
- Commercial/business qualification
- Proven payroll & HR administration experience (ideally multicountry)
- Working knowledge of labor & tax rules
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Advanced Excel (lookups, pivots) and BI familiarity
- Comfortable with SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong communication and service orientation
- Collaborative in international teams
- Structured, reliable, deadlinedriven
- Able to manage multiple countries/processes
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
