Working Student (m/f/d) - Learning & Competence Development

As a working student in the Learning & Competence Development Team, you will support the Nordex Global Technical Academy in developing global training standards and tools, collaborating with colleagues worldwide, and contributing to trainer qualification programs and strategic development projects.

Requirements

• Ongoing university studies in education, pedagogy, HR development or similar
• Technical understanding or willingness to learn technical topics
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Confident MS 365 skills
• Analytical mindset and confidence in taking on new tasks
• Structured, detail-oriented and reliable working style
