Distriktschef till Nordic Wellness Östergötland

We are looking for a District Manager for Nordic Wellness in Östergötland to lead and develop our team of 16 clubs, responsible for results, leadership, and development, with a focus on strong teams, high service, and good sales.

Requirements

• Experience of operational leadership, preferably in retail, service, or the training industry
• Ability to motivate others to grow
• High drive, business focus, and enjoys working goal-oriented
• Good at building relationships - with both team members and members
• Non-competitive, confident in change, and willing to take decisions
