Job Description
Norgine is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their growing IT team, providing 1st and 2nd line support for all IT infrastructure aspects. This role is permanent, involves regular travel to Europe, and requires a commitment to building effective IT service delivery and contributing to the IT department's goals. Requirements
- Experience in IT/1st line support within an MS environment
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Fluency in German, Italian or Spanish
- Proven project management experience
- Knowledge of GxP, GAMP and regulatory guidelines
- Good business process understanding
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent people skills and time management skills
- Capacity to work without supervision
- Motivated and enthusiastic
