Norgine is seeking a National Engagement Lead - Ultra Rare Diseases to join their team. The role will focus on bridging cutting-edge science with strategic account leadership, building partnerships with external experts to improve patient outcomes and enhance the availability and utilisation of Norgine products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field
• Experience working in Rare Diseases, especially with launching new products
• Strong scientific communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Experience strategic account management
• Fluency in English and local language
• Willingness to travel
