Maintenance Manager

In this role, you'll oversee daily maintenance operations, guide preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and manage annual maintenance and shutdown budgets to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of maintenance or engineering experience in a manufacturing setting
• 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proven experience managing CAPEX projects and maintenance programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and form sound conclusions
• Demonstrated ability to influence behaviors, decisions, and outcomes
• Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Skilled at prioritizing tasks with well-developed organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of reliability-oriented maintenance and engineering standards
