Requirements

• Negotiate, develop, and control project scope and budgets
• Develop and monitor project work plans and schedules
• Lead an integrated team of architects and engineers
• Maintain a good understanding of project scope and negotiate solutions to changes
• Coordinate with contractors and relevant authorities to address issues
• Act as primary liaison with client and project team
