We are seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team at Hydro Extrusions. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance, advanced troubleshooting and programming, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding and fabrication, and safety and compliance.
Requirements
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or two years of related experience/training.
- Proven expertise in industrial electrical systems (three-phase 460V+), PLC programming, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Experience with PLC programming, ladder logic, and VFDs (Allen Bradley and Siemens preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
- Familiarity with robotic systems, including recoveries and point modifications.
- Basic to advanced welding skills (depending on experience level).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude for diagnosing and resolving complex equipment issues.
