Job Description
Nortal is seeking a Finance Director for Germany to support long-term growth. This strategic leadership role involves overseeing financial operations, collaborating with leadership, and driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to align finance and business strategy.
Requirements
- Master’s or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Proven expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), performance management, KPI modeling, and cost control
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and experience working with senior leadership or board-level stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English (minimum C2 level)
