New Business Developer

Norte Digital LATAM seeks a New Business Developer for the Peruvian market, with experience in consultative sales of digital services, e-commerce, and digital media planning focused on Performance. The ideal candidate must have skills in negotiation, generation of new businesses, and closing of B2B sales, as well as a solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok ads, and programmatic media.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales of digital services, e-commerce, SaaS, or digital marketing.
• Knowledge in planning and execution of campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic media.
• Experience in e-commerce, understanding conversion models, traffic, and campaign optimization for online stores.
• Advanced negotiation, persuasion, and sales closing skills.
• Ability to manage a complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing.
• Experience in using CRM and sales automation tools.
• Results-oriented profile, with ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
