Job Description
Nortek Data Center Cooling is seeking an Assembler I for a 2nd shift to produce and assemble air units and parts according to specifications, working under the direction of a Manager. The role involves maintaining a clean work environment and following safety regulations. The company focuses on creating innovative, branded market leaders in the HVAC industry.
Requirements
- Read and follow blueprints, routers, and specifications.
- Perform assembly-type functions using hand or power tools.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Wear protective gear and equipment.
- Operate overhead crane and fork trucks
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 25lbs.
- Ability to apply significant torque with hand tools
- Ability to work independently and with others.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in English.
- Good math skills preferred.
- Wear safety gear at all times.
