Job Description
Nortek Air Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the East Coast to drive business growth and channel development. This role involves building relationships with sales representatives, educating reps on product, improving network effectiveness, and creating/executing customized marketing plans. Responsibilities include representing the company's brand to prospective customers, addressing technical questions, and securing bids through independent representatives or direct sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering, Business or related discipline
- Five years of experience within Sales and a solid track record in sales achievements
- Computer skills – intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and CRM
- Effective communication skills including written and verbal
- Good organizational skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Proven ability to work independently and within guidelines
