Job Description
The Information Technology Support Specialist supports the mission, goals, and objectives of the North Country Family Health Center by providing computer support and technical guidance to the staff. The individual maintains the Health Center’s Helpdesk system and handles end user troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Associates of Science Degree in computer technology or a related field
- 3+ years of experience (or industry equivalent)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Skilled with computers and computer applications
- Preferred skill with health information technology systems
- Valid driver’s license and means of transportation
