Seminary - Prof of Spiritual Formation & Director of the Weborg Center

North Park Theological Seminary (NPTS) is seeking a full-time Professor of Spiritual Formation and Director of the Weborg Center for Spiritual Direction. The role combines academic leadership in spiritual formation with visionary administrative direction of the Weborg Center. The successful candidate will lead the seminary's spiritual formation curriculum and oversee the Center's expanding ministry of spiritual directors. Rank and salary commensurate to qualifications and experience.

Requirements

• Master’s level training in Spiritual Formation, Christian Spirituality, or a related field.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching and curriculum development.
• Significant experience in spiritual direction and/or the training of spiritual directors.
• Administrative leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to holistic student formation.
