Job Description
North Point Technology is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with a Top Secret/SCI clearance and a CI Polygraph to support a Decision Advantage Solutions Business Area. This role involves championing quality excellence through program operations, continuous improvement, and compliance, acting as a change agent. The position requires a candidate with a strong commitment to the mission-critical areas they support.
Requirements
- Manage and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) for program operations.
- Integrate QMS practices across development and service delivery teams.
- Conduct internal process audits and monitor compliance.
- Recommend and track continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and report performance metrics.
- Support reviews, audits, and operational reporting.
- Basic Qualification: Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience (or Master’s with 8+ years).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Willingness to travel.
