Job Description
The Wastewater Plant Operator III performs the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of wastewater facilities and associated systems, ensuring acceptable asset condition, water quality, and health and safety standards. This role involves collaborating with supervisory personnel, monitoring facility operations, and performing a range of treatment facility activities.
Requirements
- Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (or predecessor agency) Class B Wastewater Treatment Operator's License
- Three (3) years of experience in wastewater treatment or suitable relevant experience
- High school diploma or GED (an associate degree or trade certification is preferred)
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
