Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, capture management, or strategy in a relevant sector
- Familiarity with Canadian defense procurement, ITB policy, and allied procurement environments
- Proven ability to secure partnerships, navigate RFPs, and close deals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical, government, and commercial stakeholders
- Eligible for Controlled Goods clearance
