Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Generative AI (GenAI) to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered solutions. This hybrid role is based in Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad, with required flexibility to travel to the UAE for short-term client engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field.
- 8 to 12+ years of experience, including hands-on product management of GenAI or AI/ML-powered solutions.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI tools and platforms (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, etc.).
- Proven track record of launching successful AI-driven products across web or enterprise platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and client-facing environment.
- Must be willing to travel to UAE for short-term (2 to 3 months) assignments as per project needs.
