Job Description
NorthBay Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Technology Lead – GenAI to join their growing team. This role involves leading the development of cutting-edge GenAI and ML solutions, mentoring a team, and ensuring scalable AI pipelines. Strong technical leadership and a passion for AI-driven solutions are key.
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional experience in software engineering
- 8+ years specifically in AI/ML leadership
- Hands-on expertise in Generative AI (Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, Agentic RAG), and LLM fine-tuning.
- Strong experience with Vector Databases, Langchain, Vector Embeddings
- Proficient in Python, Jupyter Notebooks, NumPy, pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face
- Practical experience with AWS ML Services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, Cognito, CloudWatch, API Gateway, RDS)
