Job Description
As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and associates, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, empathy, and understanding for the needs of senior residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using basic office equipment and computer applications
