Job Description
The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support adults in a residential setting. The successful candidate will implement personal and behavior plans, help with daily living skills, and maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements
- License to practice nursing as a licensed practical nurse issued by Ohio Board of Nursing
- Proof of completion of an approved course in medication administration
- Ability to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends and holidays
