Job Description
Job Summary: Capable clinician with previous specialty experience preferred, focused on expanding knowledge and skills. Provides effective direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team to a variety of complex patients. Requires consultation with more experienced clinicians and accepts feedback as a constructive professional development tool. For new graduates: focuses primarily on developing knowledge and skills and showing growth in ability to care for increasingly complex patients.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current unencumbered license to practice as an RN in Georgia.
- 0-1 year of RN experience – successful completion of new grad orientation or successful completion of an RN refresher course for acute care nurses
- National certification in clinical specialty as eligible.
