Assoc Dir - Global Student Success

The Associate Director - Global Student Success is responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of programs for first-year students, supervises a team of Student Success Managers, and collaborates with various departments across Northeastern University. The AD will travel domestically and internationally to conduct trainings and site visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
• 5-7 years of higher education administrative experience
• Robust leadership experience
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Excellent intercultural communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Professionalism and collegiality
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to travel internationally and spend multiple weeks per year in Boston
