Postdoctoral Research Associate

The Postdoctoral Research Associate will perform basic or applied research of a limited scope, primarily using existing theories and methods. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, attention to details, as well as training in research methodology and quantitative data analysis.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or equivalent required in Physics or Astronomy
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, attention to details, as well as training in research methodology and quantitative data analysis
• Experience in writing proposals and project management experience are pluses
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple senior researchers from different fields
• Ability to undertake substantially full-time research or scholarship; work under the supervision of a senior scholar
