Senior Research Technician - Brain Game Center for Mental Fitness and Well-Being

The Brain Game Center for Mental Fitness and Well-Being is seeking a Senior Research Technician to oversee lab operations, manage teams, and lead research projects.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, Education, or related technical field
• MA degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, Education, or related technical field (preferred)
• 3-5 years of related project management experience
• 3-5 years of experience leading teams, managing staff, and coordinating projects
• Experience with IRB procedures and clinical trial protocols
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Exceptional time management and solution-focused problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of research data
