Job Description
The Charge RN is responsible for overseeing and directing patient care activities on the Med Surg Telemetry unit during a worked shift. They provide leadership for nursing personnel, serve as a preceptor, and advocate for the shift. The Charge RN practices within the ANA Scope of Practice and adheres to hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
