Job Description
The Lead Oncology Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to oncology patients in the inpatient and outpatient settings and serves as an expert consultant within the specialty practice areas of oncology and supportive care/symptom management.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Arizona State Board of Pharmacy license that is active and in good standing
- Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification in Oncology (BCOP) at date of hire, or obtained within 2 years from date of hire
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PGY2 Residency in Oncology (preferred)
