Job Description
Registered Nurse responsible for coordination of care for patients and their families, including direct care, patient and family education, and discharge planning. Provides leadership for ancillary personnel and practices within the ANA Scope of Practice, Code of Ethics for Nurses, and standards of specialty.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- ATCN or TNCC certification within 18 months of hire
- NIHSS certification within 30 days of hire
- CCRN certification (preferred)
