Job Description
Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating care for patients and their families, including direct care, patient education, and discharge planning.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) - Preferred
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - Preferred
