Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for coordinating patient and family care, including direct care, education, and discharge planning. This role requires assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, and leadership within the healthcare team. The RN must adhere to ANA guidelines and standards of practice.
Requirements
- Graduate from a BSN program within 6 years of hire
- Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid compact license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Current NIHSS score within 30 days of hire
- Clinical competency must be obtained upon department assignment
