Personal Banker (Reading)

At Northern Bank, we're looking for a Personal Banker to help small businesses grow by providing exceptional service and relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer sales and service inquiries, presenting customers with banking solutions, and ensuring every transaction is completed in accordance with bank policy and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 2 years Teller Manager or CSR experience preferred
• Excellent communication, sales and customer service skills
• Basic math skills and the ability to multitask
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, teller and platform bank systems
• High School Degree. Associate degree or higher preferred
