Sacramento Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is a comprehensive mental health hospital offering inpatient services at various levels of care. Sacramento Behavioral Healthcare Hospital (SBHH) is a new facility located near downtown Sacramento. As the first newly constructed psychiatric hospital in Northern California in more than 30 years, this hospital offers 117 inpatient acute psychiatric beds, an outpatient treatment center, and a procedures clinic providing electro-convulsive therapy (ECT) and other interventional psychiatry services. We offer a full range of individualized treatment services, adults, and senior adults, including treatment for mental health and co-occurring (mental health and substance abuse) disorders. Additional services include mental health and substance abuse screening, assessment, crisis intervention, consultation, education, and individual and group counseling.
The Clinician II MA (Inpatient) provides quality Psychotherapeutic services to patients and their families. The clinician is responsible for conducting initial psychosocial assessments, facilitating psychoeducational groups, and documenting treatment provided to patients. They also ensure compliance with treatment plan requirements and maintain effective working and professional relationships with internal and external customers.
