Project Architect

San Francisco-based architecture firm seeks a Project Architect to join their studio, focusing on designing Community Facilities and Affordable Housing with social responsibility and passion for architectural excellence.

Requirements

• 9 to 15+ years of extensive professional experience
• Exceptional technical proficiency and a proven track record in coordinating consultants
• Demonstrated expertise in multi-family housing, particularly Type I and Type III construction (affordable housing preferred)
• Possesses a keen design sensibility
• Exemplifies integrity in all aspects of work
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player
• Experience leading teams of 2-4
• Proficient in Revit software
• Skilled in hand drawing and sketching
• Effective presentation abilities, with proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and SketchUp
• Capable management skills to lead and guide projects
