A globally-renowned architectural firm is searching for an Architect to join their Nashville, Tennessee office. The successful candidate will spearhead technical design elements within assigned projects, offering innovative design solutions aligned with the client's vision.
Requirements
- Occasional overnight travel depending on project assignments
- Architecture license required
- 10+ years of experience
- Construction Administration experience required
- Professional Architecture Degree
- LEED AP BD+C and/or WELL AP credentials preferred
- Proficient in design and office software, including Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Rhino, SketchUp, and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience in collaboration software such as Bluebeam is preferred
- Experience working on large public projects is preferred
- Balanced experience in design sensibilities and technical expertise
- Knowledge of construction standards, detailing, building codes, accessibility codes, and coordination with specifications
- Experience in preparing and coordinating documentation sets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, presentation, and time management skills
