Job Description
The Mental Health Worker is responsible for an expansive caseload of clients, designing and implementing therapy and skill training groups, modifying the curriculum, and ensuring state regulations are met. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in the behavioral or social sciences
- 2 years of experience in the mental health field
- Comfort level with Crisis Intervention
- Valid driver’s license and ability to use own vehicle
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
