Associate Consultant, Training

Northern Trust is a globally recognized financial institution seeking an Associate Consultant, Training to work collaboratively with the COO L&D Global Team to deliver training solutions to assigned business units. The role involves designing, delivering functional training solutions, and analyzing solutions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Design and deliver training for existing systems and new system roll-outs
• Develops, facilitates and delivers learning and organization development programs
• Coordinate and deliver the training program and mandatory curriculum within assigned geographic location/globally
• Design, develop and maintain a training curriculum for the Financial Reporting function within the Global COO curriculums
• Maintain all training and progress reports surrounding the program
• Develops project plans including the identification of subject matter experts where appropriate
• Continuous evaluation of the programme working with COO and Stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with other Global Training Teams
