Job Description
Northern Trust is a globally recognized financial institution seeking a Senior Consultant, Sourcing Category Manager to lead the development of sourcing strategy and category analytics for the Business Applications Category. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing for indirect categories, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and knowledge of supply chain management and procurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Finance
- 6 or more years of experience in Sourcing or Procurement related field
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management and procurement
- Experience with ERP system/Peoplesoft
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, sourcing, negotiation, and communication skills
