Job Description
We are on the hunt for a talented Sous Chef to join our Leadership Team. As a Sous Chef, you will help lead the culinary operations in the restaurant, develop leaders and team members, and manage profitability.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent culinary production skills
- Ability to provide consistent culinary and leadership direction during high revenue periods
