Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the unit-based leadership team, providing supervision of nursing operations on a unit. The role assumes 24-hour nursing responsibility in the absence of the Manager or Director.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Three (3) years' experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty OR
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty
- Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
- Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
- Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units
