We're looking for a Talent Sourcer to build pipelines of exceptional Forward Deployed Engineers. The role involves identifying and engaging talent through creative sourcing strategies, conducting initial outreach and screening conversations, and tracking and analyzing sourcing metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to have credible conversations with engineers
- Experience building pipelines in competitive talent markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven approach to sourcing with experience tracking metrics
- Comfort with ambiguity and technology-agnostic sourcing
